General Labourer (Plymouth) – Fulltime

An opportunity to work on our MOD project in Plymouth, delivering major redevelopment works over the coming years.

  • PAYE basis
  • Paid Holidays: 30 days per year (including bank holidays)
  • Must Have
  • Green CSCS Labourer Card
  • Previous experience working on construction or infrastructure projects preferred
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures
  • Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
  • Reliable and proactive approach to work
  • Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual handling duties
  • Must be eligible for BPSS Security Clearance
  • Candidates must hold a passport from a NATO or MISWG member country and have resided in the UK for the past 5 years
  • This role is site based - Monday to Friday
  • 45 hours per week 07:30am - 17:00pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out general labouring duties across the project
  • Assist tradespeople and site teams with daily activities
  • Load, unload and move materials around site safely
  • Keep work areas clean, tidy and free from hazards
  • Assist with setting up and maintaining work areas
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and site management
  • Comply with all Health & Safety procedures and site rules
  • Support the successful delivery of major MOD infrastructure works
