- CPCS Plant and Vehicle Marshaller A73
- Safety Critical Medical
- Previous experience working as a Banksman/Vehicle Marshall on construction or infrastructure projects
- Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures and safe vehicle movements
- Ability to communicate clearly with drivers, plant operators and site teams
- Reliable and proactive approach to work
- Ability to work safely in a live construction environment
- Must be eligible for BPSS Security Clearance
- Candidates must hold a passport from a NATO or MISWG member country and have resided in the UK for the past 5 years
- This role is site based - Monday to Friday
- 45 hours per week 07:30am - 17:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Safely marshal and direct plant, vehicles and deliveries around site
- Ensure vehicle movements are carried out safely and efficiently
- Maintain safe segregation between vehicles, plant and pedestrians
- Communicate clearly with drivers and plant operators
- Assist with site traffic management and logistics
- Monitor vehicle access and movement around designated work areas
- Report any safety concerns or hazards to site management
- Follow all project Health & Safety procedures and site rules
- Support the successful delivery of major MOD infrastructure works
