Mechanical Fitter – (Orpington, Kent) – Fulltime
3 Months work Available Looking to Start ASAP, CIS Avaialble.

The duties you will have include:
- Mechanical fitting activities associated with the dismantling, inspection, repair and overhaul, assembly, and testing of equipment to deliver the highest quality of repair, on time and to budget, an in accordance with company and customer specific HSQE requirements.
Key responsibilities and specific accountabilities:
- Dismantle, inspection, condition assessment & subsequent reporting on the received equipment.
- Liaise with supervisors and managers to propose repairs, refurbishment, and processes to return identified equipment to a serviceable condition and to the relevant specifications.
- Carrying out various mechanical fitting activities with a degree of flexibility and integrity and working efficiently to achieve \”on time\” targets of an excellent quality to company procedures.

Desirable-
- Trade qualification – Time Served L3 NVQ or equivalent
- Previous experience of working outages / shutdowns within the EFW and CCGT power industries is preferred.
- 3 years experience in a similar role & industry experience preferred.
- Confined Space Medium Risk.
