Long term work available for an experienced Administrator to join the team to help support the ongoing requirements. The ideal candidate will have worked previously in an Administrative environment, is organised, well presented, methodical, works well within a team, able to use Microsoft Office Packages and pays attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to the appropriate team members
- Manage incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and courier services
- Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms to a high standard
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and maintaining office records
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and basic data entry tasks
- Maintain office supplies and place orders as required
- Assist with any ad-hoc tasks to support the smooth running of the business
