- Good general understanding of concrete associated works
- Ability to place concrete by hand or pump

- Experience of tamp float and power float finishes
- Capable of carrying out remedial works
- CSCS card Green
- Manual handling Preferred
- CSCS Blue Skilled Worker card (Or working towards NVQ)
- Driving license
