- Monday – Friday: Time and a third after 10 hours

As an Earthworks Foreman you will oversee construction projects involving earth‑moving operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate and oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and SHEQ standards.
- Plan, programme, and monitor site activities in line with the construction programme to achieve timely and high‑quality project delivery.
- Interpret blueprints, plans, and engineering specifications with precision.
- Lead and supervise crews of skilled workers, ensuring optimal productivity and safety adherence.
- Collaborate with engineers and other trades to seamlessly execute complex projects.
- Conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and ensure all work meets rigorous standards.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and suitability for future works.
- Monitor site performance, quality, safety, and environmental controls, addressing defects, variations, and non‑compliances promptly.
- Deliver toolbox talks, task briefings, and maintain accurate site records, diaries, and quality checklists.
