- Full understanding of duties required for construction works.
- Full understanding of duties required for ground works.
- Good understanding of concrete associated works.
- Capable of working to instruction with minimal explanation.
- Ability to work with others.
- Provide assistance to chargehand and other tradesman.
- CSCS Card Blue (Skilled Worker) and/or CPCS Blue Card
- Manual handling
- Knowledge of multiple trades.
- Abrasive wheels.
- Working at height
Preferred
- CSCS Card Blue (Skilled Worker) and/or CPCS Blue Card
- Working towards a CSCS skilled worker card/ CPCS (NVQ)
- IPAF
- PASMA
- Driving licence
