Candidates must have:
- Full understanding of all aspects and responsibilities of a Traffic Marshall.
- Experience in directing vehicles and guiding cranes of various types using various methods i.e., hand and radio signals
- A reasonable level of work experience recorded
- Good understanding of the English language

- CPCS Blue Plant or NPORS CSCS Logo
- CSCS Card Green (Min)
- Vehicle/Traffic Marshal ticket
- CSCS Card
- Safety critical medical
