Must Have:
- CPCS Plant and Vehicle Marshaller A73
- Safety Critical Medical
- Previous experience working as a Vehicle Marshall/Banksman on major construction or infrastructure projects
- Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively with plant operators, drivers and site personnel
- Reliable and proactive approach to work
- Ability to work safely in a live construction environment
- Must be eligible for BPSS Security Clearance
- Candidates must hold a passport from a NATO or MISWG member country and have resided in the UK for the past 5 years
This role is site based - Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely marshal and direct plant, vehicles and deliveries around site
- Ensure all vehicle movements are carried out safely and efficiently
- Maintain safe pedestrian and vehicle segregation
- Communicate clearly with drivers, plant operators and site management
- Assist with traffic management and site logistics
- Monitor work areas and report any safety concerns
- Support site teams in maintaining a safe working environment
- Ensure compliance with project Health & Safety procedures at all times
