An opportunity to work on our MOD project in Plymouth, delivering major redevelopment works over the coming years.

PAYE basis: Competitive rate depending on experience/qualifications

Paid Holidays: 30 days per year (including bank holidays)

Must Have:

  • CPCS Plant and Vehicle Marshaller A73
  • Safety Critical Medical
  • Previous experience working as a Vehicle Marshall/Banksman on major construction or infrastructure projects
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures
  • Ability to communicate effectively with plant operators, drivers and site personnel
  • Reliable and proactive approach to work
  • Ability to work safely in a live construction environment
  • Must be eligible for BPSS Security Clearance
  • Candidates must hold a passport from a NATO or MISWG member country and have resided in the UK for the past 5 years

This role is site based - Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely marshal and direct plant, vehicles and deliveries around site
  • Ensure all vehicle movements are carried out safely and efficiently
  • Maintain safe pedestrian and vehicle segregation
  • Communicate clearly with drivers, plant operators and site management
  • Assist with traffic management and site logistics
  • Monitor work areas and report any safety concerns
  • Support site teams in maintaining a safe working environment
  • Ensure compliance with project Health & Safety procedures at all times
