Supervisor (Scaffolder) (Plymouth) β Fulltime An opportunity to work on our MOD project in Plymouth, delivering major redevelopment works over the coming years.

- Previous experience supervising scaffolding operations on major construction or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems and safe working practices
- Experience supervising and coordinating scaffolding gangs
- Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to coordinate labour and resources effectively
- Reliable and proactive approach to work
- Must be eligible for BPSS Security Clearance
- Candidates must hold a passport from a NATO or MISWG member country and have resided in the UK for the past 5 years This role is site based - Monday to Friday 45 hours per week 07:30am - 17:00pm

Responsibilities
- Supervise scaffolding gangs and daily site activities
- Coordinate labour and resources to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently
- Ensure scaffolding is erected, modified and dismantled in accordance with project requirements
- Monitor scaffolding works to ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures
- Liaise with site management, engineers and other trades
- Conduct briefings and communicate work requirements clearly to the workforce
- Monitor progress and report any issues to site management
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment
- Support the successful delivery of major MOD infrastructure works
