Must Have:
- CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card
- Level 2 NVQ Construction & Civil Engineering Operations (Concrete, Groundworks) or Level 2 NVQ in Construction Operations – General Construction
- Previous experience as a Concrete Finisher on major construction or infrastructure projects
- Experience with concrete finishing, levelling and surface treatments
- Ability to work from drawings and specifications
- Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures
- Reliable and proactive approach to work
- Ability to work safely within a live construction environment
- Must be eligible for BPSS Security Clearance
- Candidates must hold a passport from a NATO or MISWG member country and have resided in the UK for the past 5 years
This role is site based - Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out all aspects of concrete finishing to a high standard
- Finish concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
- Ensure work is completed to specification and quality requirements
- Assist with placing, levelling and curing concrete
- Work alongside site engineers and supervisors to achieve programme targets
- Maintain a clean and safe working area
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures and project requirements
- Support the successful delivery of major infrastructure works
