About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Contracts Coordinator to join our growing Heating and Property Maintenance team covering Uxbridge and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who can confidently manage projects, coordinate operational teams, and maintain strong relationships with clients and residents. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. As part of the role, you will regularly visit occupied properties, oversee ongoing maintenance and heating works, coordinate engineers and tradespeople, and provide progress updates to Head Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and monitor ongoing heating and property maintenance projects.
- Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and maintenance teams to ensure works are completed on time and within budget.
- Schedule and organise maintenance activities and property visits.
- Conduct site visits to occupied and void properties.
- Liaise directly with residents, clients, contractors, and internal departments.
- Ensure excellent customer service is maintained at all times.
- Identify and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for Head Office.
- Ensure all works comply with company procedures, health and safety requirements, and client expectations.
- Work independently when required and manage your own workload effectively.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience within the property maintenance, repairs, facilities management, or heating sector.
- Experience coordinating projects, contracts, or maintenance teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with residents, clients, and colleagues.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Valid DBS Check.
- Comfortable working independently and entering occupied residential properties.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and reporting systems.
