ADT Operator β (OX17 2EX) β Fulltime A chance to work on the largest Infrastructure project in the UK, spanning over the next 8-10 years Long term work available for the right candidates with the correct cards and tickets and want a stable job and income for the foreseeable future. PAYE basis (NOT UMBRELLA) On Offer: * Rate of Β£18.16 per hour β first 39 hours * Rate of Β£27.24 per hour β final 11 hours * Rate of Β£20.15 per hour β average across 50 hours * Lodge/Accommodation rate of Β£50.65 this is only paid if you meet the requirements which is to be 50+ Miles from site. (This will be checked using the shortest distance Via AA Route planner. Relevant Documentation must be provided i.e. Proof of Address and Tenancy Agreement, and Booking Receipts) * Auto enrolling Pension * Training and upskilling paid for * Safe working environment * Secure regular income Overtime When Available: * Saturday β First 4 hoursβ time & a half β after 4 hours double time * Sunday β Double time Candidates must have: * CPCS Blue Card or NPORS Competent Operator * Moving earth with dumper trucks * Preparing the dump truck for site and road travel/ Conducting all operational and pre-start checks * Travelling the dump truck over different terrain, including rough, undulating ground whilst unloaded and loaded * Manoeuvring progressing to confined spaces in and forward and reverse direction * Positioning the dump truck to receive loads * Loading procedures * Loading characteristics, integrity and security * Discharging loads into trenches and over edges * Carrying out safety checks and keeping machines running properly * Changing buckets and other machine attachments * Working on building sites doing noisy, physically demanding and messy work.
