Administrator β HS2 (Coleshill ) A chance to work on the largest Infrastructure project in the UK, spanning over the next 5 to 7 years. We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join the team to help support the ongoing requirements. The ideal candidate will have worked previously in an Administrative environment, is organised, well presented, methodical, works well within a team, able to use Microsoft Office Packages and pays attention to detail. MUST HAVE: β Experience in Admin work β Must drive with a full UK driving license β Must be fluent in English Responsibilities: β’ Support the Labour Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks β’ Help collate data and information ensuring accuracy β’ Maintain updated records of invoices and receipts β’ Dealing with queries β’ Any other administrative tasks deemed necessary β’ Represent the core company values β’ Working knowledge of Microsoft Packages such as Word, Excel, and Outlook β’ Attention to detail is essential β’ Must have excellent communications skills β’ Content to deal with repetitive tasks such as data entry β’ Provide general administrative support to the Labour Manager to support the project. β’ Collating and processing timesheets through to Payroll and answering any queries. β’ Any other administrative tasks required to support the project.
