GroundworksGanger (OX17 1TP) Fulltime
A chance to work on the largest Infrastructure project in the UK, spanning over the next 8-10 years
Long term work available for the right candidates with the correct cards and tickets and want a stable job and income for the foreseeable future.
PAYE basis (Must Drive)
On Offer:
- Rate of£19.85per hour - first 39 hours
- Rate of£29.77per hour - final 11 hours
- Rate of£22.03per hour - average across 50 hours
- Paid Holidays: 30 days per year (including bank holidays)
- Lodge/Accommodation rate of £50.65 this is only paid if you meet the requirements which is to be 50+ Miles from site. (This will be checked using the shortest distance Via AA Route planner. Relevant Documentation must be provided i.e. Proof of Address and Tenancy Agreement, andBooking Receipts)

Overtime When Available:
- Saturday First 4 hours time & a half after 4 hours double time
- Sunday Double time
Candidates must have:
- Full understanding of all aspects and responsibilities of a Drainage/Pipelayer operavtive
- The experience of supervising a small team of operatives
- Expected to lead by example in a working supervisory position
- Carry out any tasks assigned by overseeing operatives/Foreman with regards to safety working to method
- You will need to able to work, use, and set up Trench Boxes,Benching to all manhole boxes, Drag Boxes, Manhole Boxes,Trench sheets & framing ,Usepipe lasers
- Lay concrete, clay & plastic pipes all sizes - depths varying from 1 meter deep to 5 meters deep
- Ensuring pipes are laid to correct levels on correct bed/surround tested & backfilled to proper specification
- CSCS Blue Skilled Worker card
