PAYE basis

On Offer:

• Pay Rate: £18-£19 per hour
• Paid Holidays: 30 days per year (including bank holidays)

Overtime When Available:

• Monday – Friday Time and a Third Pay
• Saturday – Sunday Time and a Half Pay

Candidates must have:

• Full understanding of all aspects and responsibilities of a Ganger
• Good level of experience of Groundworks, Concrete Finishing, Plant Op Tickets
• Experience in the site preparation for, bases, foundations and trenches. Drainage, kerbing and slabbing.
• The experience of supervising a small team of operatives
• Expected to lead by example in a working supervisory position
• Carry out any tasks assigned by overseeing operatives/Foreman with regards to safety working to method
• CSCS Goldsupervisorcard
• SSSTS or SMSTS

Preferred

CSCS Gold Supervisors card having achieved or working towards an NVQ for a particular skill
SMSTS – site managers safety training scheme (5 days)

• IPAF 3a 3b ticket
• EUSR ticket
• cat and jenny ticket
• safe digging
• Manual handling
• First aid at work (4 day).
• Driving license
