About the role

Our ABM team runs highly targeted programs for the accounts that matter most to RELEX. We want those programs to be even more personalized, more interactive, and faster to launch across channels, without adding manual effort for every new account. That's where you come in. You'll advise how the ABM team runs and develops five operational areas: paid media, landing page creation, content personalization, targeted direct mail, and analytics. You'll review how each area works today, then design and build the AI-based workflows, templates, and quality guardrails that let the team focus on account strategy, creativity and stakeholder alignment over manual work.

What you'll do

  • Across all five operational areas:
    • Map how each area works today, find where time and quality can be improved, and agree a prioritized automation roadmap with the Head of ABM.
    • Build and maintain the AI workflows the ABM team uses day to day, with tools such as Claude, n8n, Folloze and HubSpot.
    • Partner with Marketing Operations, who own our martech platforms, data, and integrations: build ABM workflows on top of the shared stack, follow its standards, and hand over anything that should become a cross-team capability.
    • Agree brand and quality guardrails with Brand & Creative so AI-produced assets can go live with light review.
    • Document every workflow and train the team so it runs without you.
  • Ad operations (LinkedIn, Influ2):
    • Own the setup and execution model for ABM account and contact level campaigns.
    • Build workflows and guardrails that cut the time spent on campaign setup.
    • Build workflows that generate on-brand ad variants by account, segment, and buying group role.
    • Run channel and tactic experiments to find the right mix of reach, engagement, and conversion activity.
    • Close the data feedback loop, so account and contact level engagement flows back to the account team and into ABM planning automatically.
  • Landing page operations:
    • Build a template and component library the team can use to generate account and segment pages with AI.
    • Set standards for personalization depth, and work with ABM designers on a tailored look and feel per account.
    • Find opportunities to build deeper, more interactive experiences for prospects.
  • Content build operations:
    • Build and fine-tune workflows that turn existing RELEX content (research, customer stories, point of view pieces) into account-tailored assets such as one-pagers, guides, and sales follow-up material.
  • Direct mail operations:
    • Design a direct mail program framework that delivers personalized mailers at scale.
    • Own the operating model behind them: vendor setup, address data quality, GDPR compliance, budget, and cost per account.
    • Connect every send to a defined sales follow-up, and measure what it contributes.
  • Analytics and reporting:
    • Define how ABM programs are measured, together with the Head of ABM and Marketing Operations: account reach, engagement, buying group coverage, and pipeline contribution.
    • Build and maintain reporting that shows what's working by account, channel, and tactic, so channel and budget decisions rest on evidence rather than assumption.
    • Keep campaign data clean and comparable across platforms, including naming conventions, UTM standards, and campaign taxonomy.
    • Measure the impact of the AI workflows themselves: time saved, cost per asset, and speed from brief to launch.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years in B2B ABM, demand generation, growth marketing, GTM engineering, or marketing operations.
  • A working understanding of how B2B paid media runs, ideally on LinkedIn: campaign structure, account and contact list targeting, bidding and budget pacing, and which platform metrics you can and can't trust.
  • A proven track record of designing and shipping AI and automation workflows that other people use, with examples you can walk us through.
  • Practical experience working with LLMs: prompt design, structured outputs, connecting models to business data and tools, and evaluating output quality.
  • Hands-on experience building automations in n8n, Make, Zapier, Workato, or similar, including APIs, webhooks, JSON, and error handling.
  • A process mindset: you can map a workflow, see where it breaks, and design a repeatable replacement.
  • Good judgment on quality: you know when AI output is ready to be rolled out and when it isn't.

Nice to have

  • Enough Python or JavaScript to write, read, and debug automation scripts and API calls.
  • Experience with intent and engagement platforms such as 6sense, or contact-level advertising such as Influ2.
  • Experience running direct mail or gifting programs in B2B.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and at least one BI or reporting tool (for example Power BI, Looker, or Tableau).
  • Background in global enterprise B2B software with long, multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
