What you'll be doing
- Deliver customer projects independently using the RELEX project process.
- Work closely with customers to understand their use cases and solve complex problems to meet their requirements.
- Configure our platform for customer‐specific needs and validate data with internal and customer teams.
- Train customers and be the recognised subject‐matter expert.
- Collaborate with technical teams and project managers to ensure successful implementation and optimisation.
- Provide hands‐on consulting and product expertise on space optimisation, automation, and price & promotion campaign evaluation, forecasting, optimisation, and automation.
What you'll bring to the table
- Extensive experience as a space planner.
- Fluent communication skills in English and German.
- A structured, analytical approach to problem solving.
- Agile mindset and ability to adapt to changing environments.
- Confidence in interacting with customer teams and driving progress independently.
- Team‐player attitude and enjoyment working with diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to map customer requirements and translate them into software configuration.
- Willingness to travel across Europe and potentially worldwide.
