We are looking for a Solution Consultant (m/f/*) to join our UK Team based in London. We’re looking for someone with lots of energy who will share our passion for using the latest technologies – including machine learning – to optimize our customers’ supply chains.

You’ll be joining a highly skilled team of consultants with plenty of opportunities for personal development and growth. You’ll work closely with both our customers and in-house teams to deliver innovative, creative solutions. The role requires curiosity about supply chain business processes and software configuration.

What you\’ll be doing:

• Collaborate with customers to understand their business objectives and planning needs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design tailored supply chain solutions that drive customer profitability.
• Ensure smooth integration of our product with clients\’ existing systems and processes.
• Conduct rigorous testing to ensure the solutions meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Guide customers in maximizing the value and efficiency of our product, ensuring they fully leverage its capabilities.
• Provide ongoing support to help clients resolve critical incidents and achieve continuous improvements through value-driven development.

What you will bring to the table:

• A relevant academic background in logistics, supply chain management, production, or computer science is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in the CPG or manufacturing industry in a relevant role, with production scheduling experience being a plus.
• A curious, analytical mindset, with a passion for new challenges and continuous learning.
• Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
