We are looking for a Solution Consultant (m/f/*) CPG / Manufacturing to join our team. We are looking for someone with lots of energy who will share our passion for using the latest technologies – including machine learning – to optimize our customers' supply chains. You'll be joining a highly skilled team of consultants with plenty of opportunities for personal development and growth. You'll work closely with both our customers and in-house teams to deliver innovative, creative solutions. The role requires curiosity about supply chain business processes and software configuration.
What you'll be doing:
- Collaborate with customers to understand their business objectives and planning needs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design tailored supply chain solutions that drive customer profitability.
- Ensure smooth integration of our product with clients' existing systems and processes.
- Conduct rigorous testing to ensure the solutions meet customer specifications and quality standards.
- Guide customers in maximizing the value and efficiency of our product, ensuring they fully leverage its capabilities.
- Provide ongoing support to help clients resolve critical incidents and achieve continuous improvements through value-driven development.
What you will bring to the table:
- A relevant academic background (e.g., Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related fields).
- Several years of professional experience in solution design, consulting, supply chain/retail operations, or software implementation, ideally within SaaS or ERP/Planning systems.
- Proven data analytics, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills; strong proficiency with SQL.
- Demonstrated ability to lead testing, quality assurance, training, or user adoption activities with customers.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience collaborating across teams and influencing stakeholders.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.
- Fluency in English is required; German is an advantage.
