The Enablement Team is part of our Global Service Delivery function. Our purpose is to enable Customer Service Delivery Managers (SDMs) to spend more time delivering customer value. We are looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator to help support and deliver the internal activities that make our service delivery more efficient and scalable. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to learn about service operations, process improvement, and customer delivery in a fast-growing SaaS company. You will play a key role by owning and managing essential internal processes that were previously handled by SDMs.
What you will be doing:
- Own and complete assigned operational tasks that support SDMs globally – such as scheduling upgrades, coordinating routine maintenance and disaster recovery testing, preparing reports, and updating internal documentation.
- Use internal tools like Jira, Confluence, Power BI and Excel to maintain data accuracy and workflows.
- Collaborate with the wider Enablement Team on improvement initiatives and delivery cycles.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, request information, or clarify task requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve consistency, reduce manual work, and enhance visibility in day-to-day operations.

- Confidence using Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
