About Relevent Football Partners: Relevent Football Partners (RFP) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Relevent, purpose-built to commercialise the UEFA men's club competitions globally. An independent entity, RFP is tasked with providing UC3 - the joint venture between UEFA and European Football Clubs (EFC) - strategic and sales support in the worldwide marketing and sale of media, sponsorship, and licensing rights for the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, UEFA Conference League, UEFA Super Cup, UEFA Youth League, and the UEFA Futsal Champions League.

Following the UC3 tender process, Relevent Football Partners was awarded the commercial rights to the UEFA men's club competitions (Champions League, Europa League, and Conference League) on a global basis for the 2027 to 2033 cycle. As such, Relevent Football Partners is now seeking to build a truly world class business focused on the monetisation of these commercial rights.

Position Summary: Relevent Football Partners is seeking a Global Lead, Hospitality & Events to take ownership of its premium client events and VIP experience programme across UEFA men's club competitions. This is a senior, highly visible role with responsibility for delivering world-class hospitality experiences for key commercial partners and stakeholders. You will lead the strategy and execution of high-profile event programmes, working closely with UEFA, UC3 and internal commercial teams to ensure delivery is aligned to business objectives and delivered to the highest standards. You will set direction while remaining close to delivery - overseeing complex, multi-day global events and ensuring a seamless experience for VIP clients across every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and delivery of premium hospitality and VIP guest programmes across UEFA men's club competition finals and key events.
  • Act as the central point of coordination between UEFA, UC3 and internal commercial teams to ensure aligned and effective delivery.
  • Build and manage senior relationships with key stakeholders, partners and VIP clients.
  • Oversee all aspects of event delivery, including guest management, logistics, supplier coordination and on-site execution.
  • Develop innovative event concepts and experiences that enhance the overall client offering.
  • Manage budgets from planning through to reconciliation, ensuring efficient and effective delivery.
  • Lead the development of systems and processes to support guest management, including ticketing, accommodation and communications.
  • Drive continuous improvement across event delivery, using feedback and performance insights to enhance future programmes.
  • Recruit, lead and develop a high-performing hospitality and events team.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, media and commercial teams to ensure a consistent and premium client experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Significant experience delivering premium hospitality and VIP programmes within global sports or live event environments.
  • Strong track record of managing complex, multi-day events and high-profile client experiences.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and managing relationships across multiple organisations.
  • Ability to develop creative, high-quality event concepts and experiences that enhance client engagement and overall programme delivery.
  • Experience managing budgets, suppliers and external partners.
  • Ability to lead and develop teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Strong communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders and VIP clients.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and solutions-focused approach.
  • Experience with guest management systems, ticketing platforms or event technologies is beneficial.
  • Willingness to travel and support on-site delivery of global events.
