Relevent Football Partners (RFP) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Relevent, purpose‑built to commercialise the UEFA men’s club competitions globally. RFP is tasked with providing UC3 – the joint venture between UEFA and the European Football Clubs (EFC) – strategic and sales support in the worldwide marketing and sale of media, sponsorship, and licensing rights for the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, UEFA Conference League, UEFA Super Cup, UEFA Youth League, and the UEFA Futsal Champions League.
Following the UC3 tender process, Relevent Football Partners was awarded the commercial rights to the UEFA men’s club competitions (Champions League, Europa League and Conference League) on a global basis for the 2027 to 2033 cycle.

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced ticketing professional to lead the strategic planning, management and operational delivery of the UEFA Men’s Club Competitions commercial partner ticketing inventory across both the season and the Finals. This includes the UEFA Champions League (UCL), Europa League (UEL), Conference League (UCL), the UCL Draw and the UEFA Super Cup. This is a total commercial inventory of over 250,000 tickets on an annual basis. This senior‑level role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless, world‑class experience for UEFA Men’s Club Competitions commercial partners. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing & Events, you will work collaboratively with internal teams, client stakeholders, technology providers, and external partners to oversee the end‑to‑end ticketing journey. This is a fast‑paced and high‑profile environment, requiring exceptional operational acumen, stakeholder management expertise, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end ticketing operations taking full ownership and responsibility for overseeing the full lifecycle of the commercial ticketing inventory.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of UEFA ticketing processes and systems.
- Be the main Relevent Football Partners point of contact for commercial partners UC3, and UEFA ticketing teams.
- Oversee season and final ticketing operations including requests, deadlines, inventory management, block allocations and financial reconciliation.
- Manage technical relationships with ticketing providers and suppliers as required.
- Document system workflows and user guides.
- Manage the ticket allocation process in accordance with business priorities.
- Manage internal ticketing systems and processes.
- Coordinate on‑site matchday ticketing logistics for commercial partners, including mobile ticketing troubleshooting, will call, and box office supervision.
- Develop a matchday operations & resolutions plan for commercial partner ticketing issues.
- Resolve account and ticketing issues promptly, professionally, and with high attention to detail.
- Post‑event reporting.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
- Build strong relationships with UC3, UEFA, partners and internal departments to deliver best‑in‑class service.
- Work cross‑functionally with Media, Sponsorship & Licensing teams to manage ticketing inventory, manage project deadlines and ensure formal ticketing processes are adhered to.
- Ensure all UEFA ticketing deadlines are met and ticket requests submitted in a timely manner by all stakeholders and partners.
Team Management
- Oversee the development of the ticketing team.
- Provide regular coaching and feedback for team members.
- Foster a collaborative culture within the team.
- Track team performance and align team goals with department objectives.
Experience Required
- Proven track record of managing ticketing programmes for major international sporting events – either from an agency or rights holder background.
- Strong project management and people skills.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and client communication skills.
- Strong analytical, budgeting, and reporting capabilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge and familiarity with event ticketing tools and guest management systems.
