Relvant Five is partnering with a rapidly expanding Digital Agency to identify a strong Marketing Manager with a proven track record in lead generation and digital marketing. This role is central to driving business growth by developing and executing strategies that attract, engage, and convert high-quality leads. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, creativity, and hands-on experience with a wide range of digital marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media.
  • Implement inbound and outbound strategies to grow the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) align with business goals.
  • Manage digital campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Optimise campaigns for ROI, cost per acquisition (CPA), and conversion rates.
  • Oversee website performance, landing pages, and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
  • Plan, budget, and report on marketing initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) across funnels.
  • Develop content calendars and oversee creative assets for digital campaigns.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent.
  • Report on KPIs, pipeline contribution, and ROI of marketing activities.
  • Use insights to inform and continuously improve campaigns.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years in marketing roles with significant experience in lead generation and digital marketing.
  • Proven ability to deliver qualified leads and measurable pipeline growth.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid social, email marketing, and content distribution.
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and project management skills.
