As Sales Director, you will own the revenue strategy and directly influence the next stage of growth. You will combine senior-level leadership with active pipeline engagement—leading from the front while building the team, structure and systems required for long-term scale. This role is 4 days a week in the Eastleigh office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a clear, data-driven sales strategy aligned with growth goals
- Personally led high-value pitches, negotiations, and deal closures
- Build, hire, and mentor a top-tier sales organisation
- Implement scalable sales processes, forecasting rigour, and performance metrics
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Delivery, and Leadership to refine offerings and optimise go-to-market execution
- Strengthen market position by cultivating relationships with senior decision-makers across key verticals
Requirements:
- Proven success in a senior sales role within a digital agency, consultancy, or marketing-services environment
- Demonstrated ability to close deals.
- Experience scaling revenue and building teams during periods of rapid growth
- A consultative, strategic selling mindset paired with relentless execution
- Exceptional communication, leadership presence, and relationship-building skills
- A builder—comfortable creating structure, driving accountability, and leading change
- The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Digital Agency or experience in Digital Marketing technologies (SEO, PPC etc)
