We are looking for an experienced PR professional to join our friendly team here at Releasd. You’ve worked agency-side (and maybe in-house too) for a good while, with some B2B experience, and have thought about hopping off the treadmill to do something different. Maybe you’ve already taken a career break, or some time off for kids or dogs – and are looking for a new, unique challenge. A role where you can utilise all of your hard-won skills.
You want to work in a secure environment with plenty of freedom, where you can make a meaningful impact. The PR & Content Lead role is full time, flexible and remote (or hybrid if in London). The salary is £60k plus benefits. UK-based only please.
Here are the top three things you’ll bring to the team:
- Senior experience in PR - We are seeking someone who has acquired a broad array of skills and has a strong business sense. Although there won’t be much ‘selling-in’, we do need someone who understands how powerful content and storytelling can drive brand awareness and fuel growth.
- Very strong writing skills - This is imperative! The development of high-quality content will sit at the core of the role, whether that’s research, social posts, how-to guides, webinars, videos or other forms of best practice.
- Passion for PR - We need someone who is passionate about, and engaged in, the PR community: active on Linkedin, a member of groups, attendee of events. They need to understand the lay of the land in our industry, and be part of it too.
What will you be doing? The overarching objective is to build awareness of Releasd and ensure we’re in consideration when PR teams are seeking a better reporting solution. This will involve:
- Creating a programme of activity aligned with our offering and the needs of our audience
- Producing standout content across formats - from thought leadership and research to social posts, how-to guides, videos and webinars
- Proactively identifying and pursuing earned media opportunities, including podcast guest slots, webinar panels, and relevant PR media coverage
- Driving engagement across social platforms and online communities, joining conversations that matter to our industry
- Attending industry events alongside the team and representing Releasd
- Hosting webinars and other educational or awareness-building events to support our audience and position us as a helpful voice in the space
- Collaborating closely with the team on broader marketing and brand initiatives, offering your insights and experience to help shape direction!
Ultimately, this is a strategic yet hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating, connecting and communicating - and is excited to help grow something meaningful in the PR world.
