About the Role

This is a dual-function role sitting across Patient Support and Marketing, with a focus on the German market. You'll be the first point of contact for our German-speaking patients while supporting Releaf marketing output - from social media and content to translation, campaign support, and ecommerce initiatives. As our operations scale and our new system (Cannaflow) goes live, the balance of the role is expected to shift progressively towards marketing.

  • Full bilingual fluency in English and German is essential for this role.

Patient Support Responsibilities

  • Managing the Releaf central contact inbox via Front, handling inbound enquiries from patients, organisations, and cooperation partners.
  • Responding to patient queries relating to delivery times and delays, refund requests, payment methods, out-of-stock orders, and prescription copy requests.
  • Coordinating with pharmacies and, working closely with the Country Manager, acting as the connector between patients, pharmacies, and doctors when orders require manual resolution.
  • Handling apology communications and goodwill gestures where appropriate.
  • Answering questions about medication doses and usage in coordination with the clinical team.
  • Supporting stock updates working closely with the Country Manager.
  • Logging and escalating technical bugs and order issues to the IT team and Country Manager for resolution.

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Managing and growing the Releaf social media channels across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn, in line with brand and compliance guidelines.
  • Developing and owning the DE social content calendar.
  • Creating platform-appropriate content across formats - reels, carousels, stills, and stories - bringing your own creative direction while working within brand guidelines.
  • Submitting design briefs to the creative team via Monday.com for German-market content.
  • Sourcing UGC creators and influencers relevant to the DE market for collaboration.
  • Translating and localising communications, copy, and website content from English to German, with turnaround expectations agreed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Supporting asset updates as Releaf DE's messaging evolves.
  • Contributing to campaign planning and flagging key German cultural moments and dates, working closely with the Country Manager to ensure local relevance.
  • Tracking performance against weekly and quarterly KPIs, reporting on follower growth, content pipeline, and upcoming campaigns.
  • Scheduling content through SocialPilot where applicable.

Ecommerce Responsibilities

  • Supporting the build and launch of the Releaf Accessories shop, working closely with the UK Ecomm Coordinator.

Community Management

  • Monitoring and responding to comments via Meta Business Suite.
  • Responding to Releaf DE's Trustpilot reviews.
