Releaf Dispensary Ltd is a leading medical cannabis clinic committed to providing high-quality, safe, and effective cannabis-based treatments. Headquartered in the UK, we aim to enhance the quality of life for our patients through innovative solutions and outstanding patient service. We're a fast-growing team of passionate professionals on a mission to put patients back in control of their health journey.

We’re looking for a proactive, creative Social Media Executive to join our busy, growing Marketing Department, someone who can own our channels end-to-end and bring genuine energy and initiative to the role. The ideal candidate is a confident, self‑directed social media professional who thrives on ownership, moves fast, and understands how to build an engaged audience in a regulated industry.

Responsibilities
  • Channel Management & Scheduling: Own the day‑to‑day management of Releaf's social channels across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, Substack and YouTube (UK and Germany), ensuring content is planned, approved and published on time, every time.
  • Content Creation & Ideation: Proactively bring fresh content concepts to the team — staying on top of platform trends, formats and best practices and translating them into ideas that work for Releaf's brand and audience.
  • Content Shoots: Plan, produce and execute content shoots in line with the campaign calendar — briefing talent and crew, coordinating logistics, and ensuring all assets captured are on‑brand and ready for use across channels.
  • Copywriting: Write compelling, on‑brand captions, scripts and social copy across all channels, adapting tone for platform and audience.
  • Community Engagement: Working alongside our Community Manager, monitor comments, DMs and mentions across platforms, responding promptly and in line with brand guidelines to build trust and foster community.
  • Reporting: Track and report on channel KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis, providing clear commentary on performance, trends and recommendations. Deliver a weekly report covering follower count, engagement rate, reach and upcoming content per channel, and contribute to the monthly performance deck with a minimum of 2‑3 actionable insights per cycle.
  • Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Content & Ecommerce team, designers, and other departments to ensure social content is aligned with campaigns, launches and business priorities.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience managing social media channels professionally, with a track record of growing engaged audiences across multiple platforms.
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness or a regulated sector is highly desirable.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce on‑brand copy for a regulated audience.
  • Proactive, collaborative mindset and ability to work independently while driving initiatives forward.
Benefits
  • Life insurance
  • Private health cover
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Structured career progression
  • Enhanced holiday

We’re a remote‑first business, which means you get genuine flexibility and autonomy balanced with regular in‑person time to connect with your colleagues. You'll need to be based in the UK, but wherever you work from, you'll be joining a team that’s purposeful, fast‑moving, and genuinely cares about the people in it.
