Releaf is seeking a CRO Designer focused on retention and lifetime value to own the design and optimisation of the patient dashboard—the logged-in interface where patients manage treatment, book consultations, and order medication.

You will work with the Head of Growth on improving the post-login journey, translating data and feedback into design decisions and leading cross-functional collaborations to drive measurable improvements.
