Releaf is seeking a CRO Designer focused on retention and LTV to own the design and optimisation of our patient dashboard – the logged‑in experience patients use to manage their treatment, book consultations, and order medication.
You'll design end‑to‑end dashboard experiences, run structured tests and translate behavioural data into informed design decisions, partnering with the Head of Growth and cross‑functional teams.
