Releaf is the UK's leading medical cannabis clinic. A certified B Corp, with over 170 staff, we connect patients with specialist clinicians, streamline access to prescriptions, and support thousands of people across the UK. We're on a mission to rethink healthcare - making specialist medical care more accessible, more human, and more effective.

The role involves reporting into the Head of Performance Marketing and working closely with our Paid Media Specialist and Social Lead. This is a creative execution role for a designer who understands performance: someone who knows that a great ad is not just one that looks good, it is one that stops the scroll, earns the click, and converts. You will be briefed by our performance team and work at volume, turning clear briefs into high-converting creative across our paid channels.

Main Responsibilities

  • Produce animated ad creative that performs across paid social platforms
  • Collaborate with the Social Lead on UGC creative direction, ensuring briefs produce content that performs
  • Work with our CRO Designer to brief and align on landing page creative, ensuring message match from ad to page
  • Iterate quickly based on performance feedback from the team
  • Stay current on platform formats and what is actually working across paid social

What we're looking for

  • A strong portfolio of paid social statics and animated creatives that ran, not just creative that looked good
  • An instinct for performance: you understand why a hook works, not just how to execute one
  • Proven animation capability across formats used in paid social
  • A scientific approach to analysis of performance data, where the data informs your next creative decision, not just your weekly report
  • High output, you produce volume and iterate without losing quality
  • Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and animation tools (After Effects or equivalent)

Our application process starts off with an informal remote meeting followed by a written task. At Releaf, we believe that diverse teams build better businesses. We're committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and able to do their best work. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences - and we're happy to make reasonable adjustments throughout the recruitment process if you need them. If you'd like to discuss this, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
