The Opportunity
Please note this is a 12-month FTC opportunity. As a People Operations Associate at Relay, you'll be the operational heartbeat of our People & Talent function, owning the moments that matter most in an employee's journey, from the day they accept an offer to the day they leave.
Your Responsibilities:
- Run a seamless, end‑to‑end onboarding and offboarding experience that sets every new hire up to hit the ground running
- Own our visa and immigration programme — keeping Relay compliant and our sponsored workers supported
- Be the first point of contact for day‑to‑day HR queries, providing fast, accurate, and empathetic guidance
- Keep our HRIS accurate and our people data clean, enabling better decisions across the business
- Coordinate TA logistics from case study stage through to onsite interviews, ensuring candidates have a consistently excellent experience
- Drive process improvements that make People Ops smarter, faster, and more scalable
Who Will Thrive in This Role?
- You have 1–2 years of HR or People Ops experience and know your way around an HRIS, ideally Deel or similar
- Experience in a fast‑paced, hyper‑growth environment
