Who Will Thrive in this role?
- Strong foundation in statistical modelling, machine learning, operational research and experimentation.
- Solid skills in Python (or R), SQL, and familiarity with modern data stacks.
- Ability to work with large, complex, real-world datasets and extract actionable insights.
- Experience building predictive or optimisation models (e.g. for routing, forecasting, supply & demand).
- Clear communication skills to translate data insights into business impact.
- Curiosity, problem-solving, and a bias toward ownership in a fast-moving environment.
