Relay is looking for an Operations Manager, Operative Acquisition, to own the operative funnel across our sortation sites. You’ll build the funnel, reporting and automation to keep supply ahead of demand as volume rises, writing SQL and partnering with Product and Engineering to integrate the funnel with our systems.
At peak, you’ll manage hundreds of hires weekly, work across acquisition, Live Operations, site teams, and engineering, and spend time at sort centres to see how new starters land.
