The Opportunity

As a Training Supervisor, you will own the full training journey, from onboarding new hires to upskilling experienced operatives, ensuring every team member has the skills and knowledge to sort accurately and efficiently. Reporting to the Operations Lead, you will work closely with Warehouse Operations, Quality, and Workforce Management to deliver training and education initiatives, accelerate time to productivity, and drive consistent performance across all shifts.

What You Will Lead

  • Training Delivery: Plan and deliver training across all programs from new hire onboarding, cross-skilling, refresher sessions, to process and product launch rollouts.
  • New Hire Development: Guide new operatives through their incubation period with structured coaching and direct floor support. Track progress against targets, intervene early, and ensure every new hire graduates.
  • Centre Performance: Monitor centre KPIs, identify skill and process gaps, and work with Shift Managers and Quality Supervisors to build targeted training solutions that move the needle on accuracy and productivity.
  • Records & Documentation: Maintain accurate and audit-ready training records, track completion and graduation milestones, and ensure all processes and Learning Management System (LMS) content are up to date and relevant.
