The Opportunity
Please note: We offer Day and Night Shifts. As the Shift Manager at Relay, you can expect to have the following responsibilities:
- Overseeing sortation operations during your shift to ensure targets are met
- Supporting with recruitment, onboarding, and training of site operatives
- Leading, motivating, and coaching your team to high performance
- Ensuring health & safety standards are upheld and continuously improved
- Identifying and acting on opportunities to drive efficiency and service quality
- Collaborating with stakeholders to support the wider success of the site
