Relay is recruiting an Engineering Manager in London to lead a growing engineering team and drive delivery at pace. You will set direction, coach engineers and tech leads, and stay close to the codebase, reviewing meaningful changes and stepping in on high-impact work when needed.
You will partner with Product, Design, and Operations to balance tradeoffs, raise standards in velocity, observability, and product engagement, and hire and grow engineers who contribute to real-world impact.
