THE ROLE
You’ll work directly alongside Relay's Chief of Staff, sitting at the centre of the CEO's agenda and the company's most strategic priorities. This is a rare early‑career role that gives you genuine access to how a high‑growth company is led, scaled, and funded — from the inside. You won't just support the leadership agenda; you'll help drive it.
What You’ll Own
- CEO Operating Rhythm: Support and continuously improve leadership meetings, all‑hands, and company communications. Keep the organization focused on what matters most.
- CEO Office Build‑out: Play a founding role in designing and launching Relay's CEO Office — a new internal function that centralizes how the company's top priorities are tracked, escalated, and executed. You'll help build the playbooks, rituals, and governance structures from the ground up.
- Next Potential Fundraising Round Support: Be a hands‑on contributor to Relay's next potential fundraising round — supporting data room preparation, investor materials, strategic narratives, and cross‑functional coordination as we enter our next phase of growth.
- Strategic Execution: Translate company-level strategy into clear roadmaps, milestones, and ownership. Drive accountability on OKRs and follow through on delivery.
- Cross‑functional Coordination: Act as the connective tissue across teams — scoping and driving high‑priority projects that require alignment across engineering, product, ops, and commercial.
- People & Org Design: Contribute to workforce planning, role design, and people processes — from performance reviews to goal‑setting — that help Relay scale without losing what makes it great.
