Join Relay at an exciting moment in our journey as we scale our network and drive forward our mission to transform e-commerce delivery. With 8–9 new sort centres planned over the coming years, this role plays a key part in turning that vision into reality.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll have the unique opportunity to help shape a brand-new site from the ground up—embedding best practices, building and supporting a high-performing team, and creating a strong, values-led culture from day one. This is a hands-on, high-impact role, where you’ll be responsible for leading the day-to-day running of sort operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-performing environment. You’ll have a direct impact on site performance and be an integral part of our ambitious growth plans, backed by $35 million in Series A funding.

As the Warehouse Supervisor at Relay, you can expect to have the following responsibilities:

  • Overseeing sortation operations during your shift to ensure targets are met
  • Supporting with recruitment, onboarding, and training of site operatives
