• ~90 people, more than half in engineering, product and data
• 45+ advanced degrees across computer science, mathematics and operations research
• Thousands of data points captured, calculated, analysed and predicted for every single parcel we handle

The Opportunity

Please note: This is a night shift position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sortation operations during your shift to ensure targets are met
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of site operatives
• Lead, motivate, and coach your team to high performance
• Ensure health & safety standards are upheld and continuously improved
• Identify and act on opportunities to drive efficiency and service quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support the wider success of the site

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced operational or warehouse environment
• Proactive leadership with strong communication and team‑building skills
• Ability to think on your feet, solve problems, and make sound decisions under pressure
• Comfortable using data to track performance and make improvements
• A hands‑on, positive attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves
