Relay is fundamentally reshaping how goods move in an online era. Backed by Europe’s largest-ever logistics Series A ($35M), Relay is scaling faster than 99.98% of venture-backed startups. Relay’s Mission is to free commerce from friction. Today, high delivery costs act as a hidden tax on e-commerce, quietly shaping what can be sold online and limiting who can participate. We envision a world where more goods move more freely between more people, making the online shopping experience seamless and accessible to everyone.

THE ROLE
You'll work directly alongside Relay's Chief of Staff, sitting at the center of the CEO's agenda and the company's most strategic priorities. This is a rare early-career role that gives you genuine access to how a high-growth company is led, scaled, and funded — from the inside. You won't just support the leadership agenda. You'll help drive it.
What You'll Own
- CEO Operating Rhythm: Support and continuously improve leadership meetings, all-hands, and company communications. Keep the organization focused on what matters most.
- CEO Office Build-out: Play a founding role in designing and launching Relay's CEO Office — a new internal function that centralizes how the company's top priorities are tracked, escalated, and executed. You'll help build the playbooks, rituals, and governance structures from the ground up.
- Next Potential Fundraising Round Support: Be a hands-on contributor to Relay's next potential fundraising round — supporting data room preparation, investor materials, strategic narratives, and cross-functional coordination as we enter our next phase of growth.
- Strategic Execution: Translate company-level strategy into clear roadmaps, milestones, and ownership. Drive accountability on OKRs and follow through on delivery.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Act as the connective tissue across teams — scoping and driving high-priority projects that require alignment across engineering, product, ops, and commercial.
- People & Org Design: Contribute to workforce planning, role design, and people processes — from performance reviews to goal-setting — that help Relay scale without losing what makes it great.
What We're Looking For

- Collaborative and trusted across functions; you build relationships fast
- Energized by pace, not slowed by it
