The Opportunity
This is a high intensity, short term field sales role focused on one thing: rapidly expanding Relay's Pitstop (PUDO) network. As a Temporary Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring and onboarding new Pitstop locations (convenience stores) at pace within defined territories. You will be in the field every day; prospecting, pitching, overcoming objections, and closing store owners - directly contributing to Relay's network density and parcel capacity.
This role is ideal for experienced field sellers, contractors, or high output BDs who want immediate responsibility, clear targets, and fast earnings without long ramp-up. You will be fully enabled with tooling, scripts, territory data, and operational support - but success in this role comes down to energy, consistency, and execution.
Who will Thrive in this role?
- Have proven field sales or door-to-door B2B experience
- Are comfortable working to daily and weekly acquisition targets
- Can confidently pitch to independent business owners and decision-makers
- Are resilient, persistent, and unfazed by rejection
- Prefer being out in the field to sitting behind a desk
- Can quickly learn a value proposition and deliver it with clarity
- Take pride in closing deals and seeing tangible results fast
This role suits people who are self-starting, commercially minded, and motivated by performance-based outcomes, rather than long onboarding cycles or abstract goals.
Fast and Focused Hiring Process
We move quickly and decisively:
- Short screening call β availability, experience, motivation
- In person Sales interview β real world scenarios and execution mindset
- Offer & onboarding β rapid start, minimal friction.
From first conversations to start date will be days, not weeks.
Who Thrives at Relay?
- Aim with Precision: You define problems clearly and measure your impact meticulously.
- Play to Win: You chase bold bets, tackle the hard stuff, and view constraints as fuel, not friction.
- 1% Better Every Day: You believe that small, consistent improvements lead to exponential growth. You move quickly, deliver results, and learn from every experience.
- All In, All the Time: You show up and step up. You take ownership from start to finish and do what it takes to deliver when it counts.
- People-Powered Greatness: You invest in your teammates. You give and receive feedback with care and candour. You build trust through high standards and shared success.
- Grow the Whole Pie: You seek out win-win solutions for merchants, couriers, and our customers, because when they thrive, so do we.
If these resonate, and you combine strong technical fundamentals with entrepreneurial drive, letβs connect.
