Earnings: ÂŁ30k-32k OTE, with uncapped commissions
Are you ambitious, eager to learn, and ready to take on a new challenge? Relay Direct, a leading face-to-face sales and marketing agency, is looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join our growing team! No experience? No problem! We provide full training and support to help you succeed.
What you\’ll be doing:
- Learning the ropes: You\’ll receive comprehensive training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.
- Building relationships: You\’ll engage with customers face-to-face at events and residential campaigns, representing some of the UK\’s biggest brands.
- Developing your skills: You\’ll gradually take on more responsibility, generating leads, closing deals, and exceeding targets.
- Growing your confidence: With our supportive team and ongoing coaching, you\’ll gain the skills and confidence to excel in sales.
