Relay Direct represents established UK brands through face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns. As a Junior Sales Project Manager, you'll start by building practical experience in sales, customer engagement and campaign delivery. As your performance and skills grow, you'll have the opportunity to move into coaching, campaign coordination and leadership responsibilities.
- Identify new customer and commercial opportunities
- Build brand awareness and create positive customer experiences
- Work towards individual and team performance targets
An interest in sales, business and project leadership
Openness to training, coaching and feedback
Willingness to master customer-facing sales before progressing into management
Previous experience is helpful but not essential — full training and ongoing support are provided.
Fully performance-based earnings, realistic OTE £28,000–£32,000, uncapped, paid weekly
