WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Deliver customer engagement activities as part of live brand campaigns
  • Apply marketing thinking to understand customer motivations and close effectively
  • Represent Relay Direct's brand partners with professionalism and authenticity
  • Contribute to campaign strategy, target-setting, and performance analysis
  • Build towards a senior role in sales, marketing, or commercial management

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Commercially minded, with a genuine interest in both sales and marketing
  • Excellent communicator — both in conversation and in understanding customer needs
  • Results-oriented and motivated by measurable performance and progression
  • Marketing, business, or communications graduates especially encouraged to apply
