At Relay, we are a dynamic Sales & Marketing Agency specialising in offline, face-to-face sales and marketing solutions. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional results for our clients through personalised interactions.

We are looking for ambitious graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience and grow their skill sets as a Business Development Associate. You will represent our clients and be the face of their brand, with opportunities to negotiate with customers, oversee campaigns, and manage and mentor others.

Main responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns
• Conduct market research and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities
• Support sales team in lead generation and customer outreach efforts, conducting pitches, presentations, and negotiations
• Assist with organising and attending marketing events
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the successful execution of sales and marketing initiatives
• Provide analysis of the team, identifying opportunities and potential drawbacks, both internally and externally
