We’re excited to announce the expansion of our operations to Colchester, marking a new chapter of growth for our company. As part of this launch, we are looking for ambitious graduates to join us as Business Development Associates in our brand-new Colchester office. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll represent national brands, negotiate with customers, and contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns. As you grow in the role, you’ll also gain exposure to team leadership, mentoring, and campaign strategy.
Main responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities
- Support sales team in lead generation and customer outreach efforts, conducting pitches, presentations and negotiations
- Assist with organising and attending marketing events
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the successful execution of sales and marketing initiatives
- Provide analysis of the team, identifying opportunities and potential drawbacks, both internally and externally
