ABOUT THE ROLE

Relay Direct runs live marketing campaigns for some of the UK's biggest consumer brands — and the people who run those campaigns don't sit behind desks. As a Campaign Manager Trainee, you'll be immersed in real campaign delivery from week one, developing the skills to plan, execute, and lead.

YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the delivery and coordination of face-to-face brand campaigns in the Milton Keynes area
  • Engage customers directly and generate measurable campaign outcomes for brand partners
  • Assist senior campaign managers with outreach strategy, scheduling, and target-setting
  • Track and report on campaign performance at daily team reviews
  • Develop leadership capabilities with a clear pathway to full Campaign Manager status

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Organised, motivated, and commercially curious — you want to understand how campaigns work, not just run them
  • Confident communicator with the presence to represent major UK brands
  • Graduates from marketing, business, communications, or event management are strongly encouraged
  • Equally welcome: anyone with real-world experience in promotions, events, retail, or sales
  • Must be 18+ and fully eligible to work in the UK
