THE ROLE

You'll be a frontline ambassador for our brand partners — delivering outstanding customer experiences and supporting the commercial performance of our campaigns.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage directly with customers on behalf of leading UK brands
  • Deliver outstanding service while actively building brand awareness
  • Nurture customer relationships that convert into lasting brand loyalty
  • Support local outreach strategy and campaign execution
  • Participate in daily performance reviews and team goal-setting
