About the Role
We are currently looking to onboard a Field Sales Specialist who can take total ownership of localized territories and drive tangible sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Deployment: Own the execution of direct marketing initiatives across various residential and event-based environments.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed weekly customer acquisition and sales targets set by our corporate clients.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor local competitor activity, note changes in consumer behavior, and provide feedback to management to optimize campaign strategies.
- Strategic Training: Take part in advanced daily workshops focused on negotiation tactics, business scaling, and project management.
Qualifications
- You must be 18 or older, legally eligible to work full-time in the UK, and able to commute to our primary hub daily. (Student visas are not accepted).
